I took this photo at Women Alliance And Children Affair's (WAACHA) Malaria Education Project Training on Saturday, May 25th, 2013 at the WAACHA Community Center in Eastern Uganda. The training aimed to empower community leaders to go back and teach about malaria prevention and treatment in their communities. This photo shows some of the training participants who are partner group leaders for HIV Positive and Women's Groups. They are learning how to repair old mosquito nets, which is an inexpensive way to prevent against malaria.
