This photo was taken in the República de Panamá on July 3, 2013. Water Seminars are given by Environmental Health Volunteers to give community members information and organizational tools to help local water committees improve the management of their aqueduct. In this picture, volunteers are showing how the different parts of a water committee and its community members support each other to keep the aqueduct functional through physical and visual learning tools. The yellow rope represents the web of support and water bucket represents the aqueduct. The SPA Grant was awarded to Christopher Kingsley to promote/oversea water seminars throughout the country of Panama.
