Photo Description	This photo was taken near the end of September, 1998 outside the town of Varshets, Bulgaria. This photo was taken following the first week of school at Ivan Vazov. My students asked me on an impromptu hike to a mountain hut named "White Water" (though I didn't see any water...). It gave us all a chance to connect beyond the classroom, and I look back on this with great fondness. In this photo are members of my 8th grade English preparatory class.
