Photo Description	The Highland School choir, directed by Peace Corps Volunteer Rand Goldstein, performs at the Kenya Up County Music Festival in Eldoriet on October 29, 1977. The Festival celebrates the traditional music of area tribes and western choral music. Goldstein was one of 12 Peace Corps secondary school music teachers who served from 1975-77 under a Kenyan Ministry of Education initiative to revive music education.
