Photo Description	In the 1960s, the Chilean government supported the organization of Small Farmer Committees as a vehicle for education about farm practices and access to credit. The Small Farmer Committee in Rucacura near Hualpin in southern Chile secured a CIMVA RAM cement block making machine. The photo here shows two members of the Small Farmer Committee working with me making these blocks.
