Photo Description	Amavi is collecting water for her family for drinking, cooking, cleaning and bathing. At the time the only place to find water near her house was to dig a hole and hope for the best. Unfortunately some cattle found her family's water hole but she had no choice but to continue to use it for her family's needs as well. Amavi lives in a farm outside of the neighboring villages of Affem Kabye and Affem Boussou where I served from 1995-1998. The farm is in the Tchamba prefecture, Central Region, Togo.
