Photo Description	As a Municipal Development Volunteer, I worked with a group of youth originating from rural and urban parts of the municipality. In this photo, an unofficial counterpart and I were teaching them how to make wooden signs for businesses in their communities and thus use the skills they acquire through this training to generate income. One teen girl came out of the training with the thought that she would study graphic design in college.
