I love traveling in Togo. You never need to remove yourself from the tight and cozy position you are in because there is always a moment when the bus will stop and you will be presented with a myriad of options for road snacks. From hard boiled eggs, to grilled plantains, to bags of ice cream and cold water, peanuts and tofu. My favorite of all were these little bags of fried dough called "boto quay"
