Photo Description	This was taken on Lake Iteshi-teshi during in-service training for the Rural Aquaculture Promotion Project, Peace Corps, Zambia, April 2000. All of these volunteers were dedicated to improving the food security of Zambians by teaching them how to build fish ponds and raise fish. And still the serenity of the lake calls - give a man or woman a fish and he or she lives for a day; teach him or her how to raise fish and they and their family can live forever.
