Photo Description	I took this photo in March 2010 at the Ahmed Yassaui mausoleum in Turkistan, Kazakhstan. These people are praying while holding their hands in a traditional gesture. When they finish their prayer, they will sweep their hands in front of their face in a downward motion. Local belief states that three pilgrimages to Turkistan is equal to one trip to Mecca.
