Photo Description	This photo was taken in April/May 1966, of the Philippine Navy ship BRP Oriental Mindoro [formerly the WWII USS LSM-320] docked at Culion Harbour, Culion Island, Palawan, Philippines. The ship had transported Manila leper visitors and PVC's who would be working at the leper colony through a typhoon to Culion Leper Colony, a testing time for ship and all aboard. The ship and crew were prepairing to return to Manila.
