Photo Description	In Mlangeni, Ntcheu, Malawi, I was assigned to the Health-HIV/AIDS Sector in 2001, but before any work could be done, trust needed to be gained. I found children to be my path towards trust and partnership with my community. Here I am crouching down-as is appropriate to elders in the community-however I did it with the children as well, with laughter and smiles. I gained trust of the community and helped facilitate projects that still continue today.
