Photo Description	This picture was taken by me on a field trip to inspect the damage done by Hurricane Tomas on St. Lucia to this poor man's home who is displaced and seeking help to rebuild. The Senior Projects Officer of the community organization where I work in institutional strengthening is determined to get just the right shot to prove his losses and roof damages to qualify him for some of the very limited resources available from the relief program.
