Photo Description	This photo was taken Aug. 29th, 2007 in Carata Peru. It includes me (center in red shirt) after working with locals to install a new concrete reservoir which would provide potable water to the community. The renovation of the system coincided with a SPA grant we received. During the construction, SPA funds were used to train a water committee to clorinate, repair and govern their water service.
