Photo Description	This photo is taken from a 3 day long health related camp a volunteer, Dara Lipton (seen in background wearing Angel wings) organized around Halloween. She used her fellow Volunteers and the American holiday to promote the 1st and 2nd Goals of the Peace Corps. The kids created masks during one of the activities and wore them to the big closing ceremony party. This party happened on 10/30/2006 (I think) I took the picture. Volunteers in this picture (left to right) Joseph Henderson Blythe O’Sullivan* Joseph Shaffner Jody Wygans Dara Lipton Ellie Thoene Margaret Gallagher *Blythe O’Sullivan passed away during her service on December 7, 2007
