Photo Description	I took this photo in the Village of Berindia, one of the four villages of Comuna Buteni, Romania on January 15, 2008. The photo shows a fellow Volunteer interviewing respondent couple and a local village councilman assisting the PCV in the language, on a survey of community training needs. The survey was conducted to determine specific training needs of people in the villages. Furthermore, it tried to identify the community problems as pervceived by the people themselves.
