Photo Description	Picture taken in downtown Roseau, Dominica 2004 from the bank of Roseau River. This was a once in a lifetime shot of a group of playful local boys making the best of the unfortunate trash buildup problem in Dominica, common to small Eastern Caribbean islands. They liberated a discarded refrigerator and rode it down the river, hopefully not to the Caribbean Ocean.
