Photo Description	This photograph was taken in the mountains of the Dminican Republic where my husband and I served two years working on an organic pesticide project for coffee growers. In this photograph is our host brother, Iselso Marmol, who was a traditonal coffee farmer of the region. On his shoulder is our family's one-legged parrot named Nicole, and a tradition mule saddle hand-made from recycled cloths.
