Photo Description	I took this photo during the summer camp that I organized and led during the summer between my two years of service. I invited girls from my 8th and 9th grade classes to participate in a week-long camp that consisted of math and science review, health and life skills, and a young women's leadership workshop. In this session, my students are making their own t-shirts that say "Nous Sommes Les Filles!" ("We Are Girls!") along with images of strong women and anything else they wanted to represent in order to build their feelings of solidarity and self-confidence, as well as allow them to use their creativity. They worked together to create amazing t-shirts that they wore often in the following year.
