Africa. Mlilwane Game Reserve, Swaziland, July 2010.
This was taken during our first trip away from our training village during pre-service training, having been in Swaziland less then a month. We took a trip to the Mlilwane Game Reserve to see many of the animals Africa is famous for, and people travel thousand so miles to see. This crocodile was huge- easily 25 feet long and wide. And although a one post horizontal fence was the barrier between the croc and the group of eager beaver trainees, we were excited seeing our first African animal. The croc didn't seem to like us.
Its a great picture and thought it should be entered in the technical merit category. Not much less to tell about it.
