Photo Description	This photo was taken in August 2011 in Guatemala. In an effort to share bits of cuisine from other cultures and teach about nutrition, I spent the day helping groups of 9th graders prepare their meals for our International Cooking Day. These two boys were quiet at first, seeing as how it is the custom that women cook, not men, but eventually warmed up to the idea and look pretty proud to present their Bangalore curry chicken dish.
