Photo Description	In Canlaon City, Negros Oriental, Philipines, Volunteers Richard and Roger worked with the city to plan and build a public playground for the children of this rural area. The photo shows us measuring out the site of the seesaws. Taken approximately June, 1964. The workers were provided by the town mayor, Mr Bautista.
