Photo Description	I took this photo during the Guinea Pig Festival on April 4, 2010 in in Ecuador. The Guinea Pig Festival, or Festival del Cuy, is a fundraiser started by the local parish as a means to raise funds for social projects in the community. That year, it was to raise money for the construction of an elder care facility for the abandoned and neglected elderly of the parish. In the photo, volunteers take turns roasting the guinea pigs over charcoal to sell to the community.
