Photo Description	I took this photo on June 13, 2010, on the island of Yap in Micronesia. Eighth grade graduation is a very important event in Yap, and family members celebrate the new graduates with nuwnuws (necklaces) made of flowers, yarn, ciggarette filters, and candy. This photo shows me, the 8th grade teacher, putting a nuwnuw on my graduating student, while parents and family members look on.
