Photo Description	After six months of dance class, my dance class and I had the opportunity to dance in front of a huge audience - including the then-First Lady Sandra Torres de Colóm and Minister of Health - at the launch of the social welfare program Mi Familia Progresa in my town. Along with the First Lady and local officials, we had an audience of over five hundred beneficiaries who had been lined up all day waiting for the first lady to arrive. It was an unexpected Peace Corps experience, but one that my girls and I will not soon forget. January 2011.
