Photo Description	My first month of service, March 2011, I lived with a host family. My host dad was a basket maker. He started with a long piece of bamboo, whittled it down to the various lengths and widths needed, and proceeded to make baskets. His baskets were primarily for Kaao Niao, Sticky Rice, a signature dish in the northeast of Thailand.
