Photo Description	My first time at the bazaar in the Kyrgyz Republic I was in awe of the fresh vegetables and amazingly delicious fruit. The food was accessible and ready to be devoured. This picture was taken in August 2008 with a local Kyrgyz woman examining her excellent produce. I couldn't resist so I asked if taking a picture at the bazaar would be ok. While it probably seemed odd to her that I would need to take a picture, I found it odd how so many people were at the market conversing and bartering. We had a nice conversation and in the end I couldn't resist buying some of her fresh fruit!
