Photo Description	This photo is of Judith, more often known as BanaEster, at her farm near Kazembe, Zambia in 2007. She's standing in front of two of her fishponds. As an aquaculture Volunteer, I worked with BanaEster on expanding her fish ponds and improving management. By the time I left Zambia, she was teaching other farmers at fish farming workshops throughout Luapula Province.
