Photo Description	This photo was taken in Nicaragua in September of 2010. The woman in the center is celebrating a birthday. The married couple are current Peace Corps Volunteers, Julie Westerman and Matthew Reid. Tomasita, the woman featured, was host mom to Matthew Reid during his pre-service training. She has hosted Peace Corps Trainees for years now. She is an incredible person and immediately shares all the love she has in her heart with everyone. You can see her spirit in her actions and the literal connection between Nicaraguan and American through the easy manner with which we are all holding hands.
