Photo Description	I served as a small business development Volunteer in a rural village in Morocco. I worked with the local carpet weaving association and because all of the weavers were agrarian farmers, I spent a lot of time with the women in the fields. Every July, peaches and figs are dried in the sun for use in cooking in couscous and tagines throughout the year.
