Photo Description	This photo was taken in September 1992 in Popenguine, Senegal. The party was hosted by the Popenguine Women's Group. The photo is taken in the open air environmental education center that was funded by the SPA grant that I applied for during my service. I worked with the women's group to fund an environmental education center, tree nursery, commercial garden, and helped the group secure funding for a tourist camp that is still in existence today, 2011.
