Photo Description	My colleague, Nabila, facilitated a meeting of the women in a mountain village to discuss and prioritize their needs. Here they are doing pairwise ranking. This is part of the training program I helped the High Atlas Foundation to develop for rural communities. I took this photo at the conclusion of the meeting which was conducted in the village in the spring, 2010. One of their highest priorities was education--literacy for themselves and their children. They said a Volunteer had helped them with this in years past and it was wonderful because the volunteer lived with them, but only for two years.
