Photo Description	In Uganda, all schoolchildren wear uniforms. The color & pattern of the uniform identifies the school. Both girls' & boys' heads are shaved, usually until they have completed school. Half of Uganda's population in under the age of 15 & despite the ravages of AIDS, Uganda's population is growing at an annual rate of 3%. I took this photo in December 2007.
