Photo Description	Sipi Falls is considered the most beautiful of the many waterfalls in Uganda. I took the photo early in the morning in October 2007. Peace Corps Uganda has a special tradition called Goatstock, where all of the volunteers gather at a national park for a Halloween party & goat roast on the weekend closest to Uganda's Independence Day. In 2007, Goatstock was held at Sipi Falls.
