Photo Description	This photo is the Jr. Achievement Group from the Telesecundaria de Cedral (Cedral High School), who were attending a Jr. Achievement competition in the capitol of Costa Rica- San Jose. The students were in 11th grade and started their own small company entitled Mini Empresa Handkerchief. The students had weekly meetings with the Jr. Achievement coordinators, Volunteers Alyson Hatchett and Howard Glenn (also in the picture), where they learned how to run a business and created a marketing and sales plan. They sold their products, which were small pastries, to their community and high school.
