Jim, Peace Corps Volunteer 1973-1975, demonstrates and gives the first rabies vaccine in the history of Tejutla, San Marcos Guatemala. Dog vaccinations were conducted on market days, Sundays, behind the town hall building for 1 centavo. Between 50-300 dogs were given shots on market days by 5-7 trained Guatemalan counterparts.
