The 50th Anniversary was celebrated by means of various activities and this was the food security track wherein Volunteers and counterparts learn the basic skills of vegetable production so that they can help their communities establish small scale vegetable projects and backyards gardens to contribute to food security. In this photo, Volunteers and counterparts admire heart shaped and horse shoe shaped plots that they designed. Various shapes of the plots makes gardening interesting and attractive. The photo was taken by Mac Malapane, Peace Corps staff member.
