Photo Description	Photo is from the personal collection of my father, the late Dr. Kauffman who served as the Peace Corps First Chief of the Division of Training from 1961-63. Kauffman traveled with Shriver to Africa in Nov. 1962 Photo taken with my father's camera assumed by one of his colleagues on the trip. As they were traveling, they unexpectedly encountered this Masai Warrior. Incident is described in several books including Come As You Are by Coates Redmon.
