Photo Description	This Volunteer teaches gardening, farming, animal husbandry, and nursery practices to children at ten elementary schools near the town of Cove. He is helping the Ministry of Education introduce basic agricultural know-how into the formal school curriculum because most youngsters will ultimately have to earn their livings from the land. His wife is also a Volunteer and teaches nutrition, cooking and childcare to girls at the same elementary schools. He is shown here working with some of the students in a school garden where they are weeding their crops.1972
