Photo Description	This Peace Corps Volunteer organized a ceramic vocational workshop for handicapped adults at the National Center for Rehabilitation in Quito. He worked two full years to organize this shop. Now he visits twice a week to supervise production and oversee technical problems. Here he is shown working with one of his students helping finish a clay jug. The Volunteer's objective through this shop has been to train the handicapped so they can eventually find employment outside of the National Center.
