Photo Description	A PCV Volunteer is assigned to the Jacaranda School in Nairobi, Kenya. The school is for mentally handicapped and retarded. It is located in the suburbs 20 minutes by bus from town. She lives in a nearby apartment building and walks to work. She works with nursery age, mentally and physically handicapped children who need special help. She also often works with a volunteer, a Kenyan practice teacher and counterpart. She has set up a special learning program for each child.
