Volunteer aiding in consturtion of large rural water supply
PCV is working on the Kenyon coast in Klifi to provide adequate drinking water for a resettlement area. He is organizing the construction of a large rural water supply. There are 135 individuals working under his direction. He supervises the purchasing of materials, the distribution of vehicles, men, and tools, and he is responsible for the surveying and minor design questions. Here he talks with one of the workmen installing pipes.
